Parcel received very quickly after ordering (received in Belgium). However, the parcel appeared to have already been opened (invoice crumpled, angel's nest out of the protective plastic bag). Fortunately, no damage to contents.

Very good order tracking. The package is not for me and I had it delivered 500 kms from my home. On the other hand, the people were well at home, well aware of the tracking since I transmitted all your emails but they did not see anyone They had to go to the relay point. The carrier went for the simplest solution, even though I had also given them my cell phone number. One star less.

First order on the site and I must say I'm not disappointed.
The products corresponded to my expectations, there was no problem with tracking the shipment, and delivery was made quickly - in short, I recommend it. The only small drawback is that I didn't really understand the different sections of the site until after I'd placed my order, as the drop-down menu with the different product categories is not very visible in my opinion.
