I find this site very useful for choosing a gift, but you also have to pay for postage, which is a shame for the person giving the gift.

I discovered this brand through La Redoute, then went to the sevirakids website. And what a delight! Exceptional, innovative products. My order was delivered in record time (even though we're in an unprecedented situation). But above all, I appreciated the call from a sevirakids employee apologizing for a mistake made when I placed my order, and then not hesitating when I asked for a commercial gesture. I recommend this site.

Very nice product, fast delivery despite the situation. I'm not giving it a fifth star because the product smelled of tobacco (although I can't tell if that's from production or transport).

I ordered two bed towers but only received one. I sent an e-mail and my complaint was quickly dealt with, including the shipping costs for the second shipment.
As for the product, the motifs are very beautiful, but I have a minor problem with the quality of the cushion inside, which I find a little thin. Overall, however, the product is very beautiful, natural and original...

Just a word about delivery. It was Chronopost who delivered, except that normally it should have been against signature, and I received my order directly in my mailbox. Fortunately, it wasn't damaged. That's all there is to it. In any case I'm satisfied with my purchase and my daughter is warm and protected in her new chanceliere. Thank you

Very good quality products, but a little expensive. The delivery time is short. I've never had any problems. Very good comforter for my baby's colic. The warmth keeps for a long time. I was looking forward to ordering.
