The pharmacy indicated for click & collect on the site has not offered this service for over a year, I was rather poorly welcomed (ordering online does not support pharmacies, the product is available with us and much cheaper, etc.). In short, it would be useful to verify the click & collect points offered on the site and also to review the prices to be more aligned with those offered in pharmacies and online by parapharmacies (my doctor had recommended the Vitanutrics site directly so I trusted and did not suspect there was such a price difference, almost 10€!).

The pharmacy where you had your purchase delivered was bought out a few months ago. We had a click & collect partnership with the previous owner and we were not informed of this transition. As a result, we could not update this delivery point on our site (as soon as we received this information, we did so). Regarding the price, we cannot impose our prices on pharmacies or parapharmacies that distribute our products. Each distributor is free to set their own prices. We are fully aware that this constitutes a shortcoming. We are a small business and competing with players like parapharmacies is not possible. If we impose our prices, we will no longer be distributed. Furthermore, the exceptional discount applied in pharmacies may be related to the change of ownership. By purchasing directly from us, you benefit from customer service, tracking of your package, a -15% discount on the purchase of 3 identical products, and the longest possible expiration dates.
