The order was slower to send than indicated on the site at the time of ordering. Worse, I contacted Sila to request cancellation. I am very disappointed this time, contrary to usual, because I ordered several masks for protection against corona vírus and they arrived with a delay of about 20 days. The delay I accept but not the lack of info. An e-mail would be enough!
