Product delivered on time but with 2 small holes on the trifunction

Seam problems, poor quality, reworked, not made on three suits and purly done on JERSEYJACKET MID SEASON PERFO ARMOS LEGEND. The clothing sizes do not match, the tri suit XL size is small, but the bike bib and jersey XL size is too big. MELTONIC ENERGY GEL bags have inflated. Satisfied with the service, but the quality of the workmanship is not satisfactory. A similar problem with KIWAMI, I wonder if countries like Croatia are dumping grounds for poorly made products.

The suit is very new and very good quality. Unfortunately the cut was not suitable. Indeed the size XL was too wide but not high enough. Suitable for wide people but not for tall athletes. The return and have gone well. We will try another model.

Product is as described. The point to improve is the integration between the delivery information on the page and the collection point. On the page it said that the product was already available for pickup, but at the collection point the product had not yet arrived.

Hello, I am not happy with my experience in the last order, since the order arrived incomplete (I am missing a Luigino powerstrp). I do not understand it since the bags in which the order goes can be opened (it does not have any seal) and I am amazed at the quality control they are supposed to have. At the moment I have no reference to the new shipment from you. At the same time I have made another order in which there are 5 units of this article (I hope it arrives correctly) and it would have been a detail on your part that you would not charge me the shipping costs since you have to send me what is missing.

Small sizes worked for the little girl, I ordered sizes 10 and 12 years and a 7-year-old girl wears them. For the rest, it arrived very quickly.

Good product

I bought two children's masks for sports. One of them was put on once and the elastic didn't last more than 15 minutes. I had to re-sew all the seams of both masks to reinforce the hold. Too bad considering the price

Very good products as expected, shame to pay shipping even if my order was > 80€.

Lightweight product and in my size but reinforcements at the level of the palms almost inexistent what alters the comfort.

The combination ordered is not the combination received, too bad!

Mask very pleasant to wear, but after a 2nd machine wash the mask well. This will not prevent me from ordering again I think.

1) Covid masks not corresponding to the photo model presented (attachment system), items returned 1 1/2 months ago, not yet received refund!!
