Good advice received at the MGC in Dijon. The box of the package arrived damaged, fortunately the helmet inside was protected by its own packing box. Perhaps you could plan to fill the packages to limit the risk of the products inside being damaged by a somewhat "rough" transport.

Hello, I am not happy with my experience in the last order, since the order arrived incomplete (I am missing a Luigino powerstrp). I do not understand it since the bags in which the order goes can be opened (it does not have any seal) and I am amazed at the quality control they are supposed to have. At the moment I have no reference to the new shipment from you. At the same time I have made another order in which there are 5 units of this article (I hope it arrives correctly) and it would have been a detail on your part that you would not charge me the shipping costs since you have to send me what is missing.
