The seeds were placed on damp kitchen paper. Both seeds opened to 2 cm outside and I placed them in pressed peat jiffys. I placed it inside the tent with a temperature between 23º and 25º, with a humidity of 56%. I waited about 8 days, with the jiffys inside the grow tent. They didn't germinate and when I opened the jiffys to see what had happened, the seeds were simply crumbled inside. I've been growing for 12 years and this has never happened to me. I didn't take any photos because I couldn't see anything. I left it to the discretion of Silent Seeds support and in addition to doubting me, they insinuated in an email that I was a liar. I don't accept this and have threatened legal action. I'm entitled to my opinion and I haven't asked for anything in return. Thank you and best regards
Regarding all your explanations, I'm willing to believe in your good faith, but I absolutely need visual elements to support the declarative part and be able to definitively consider a replacement in due form. I didn't mean to imply that you're a liar, but if there's no proof of the facts, there will be no replacement. We have warranty and replacement conditions that are strictly identical to those of other sectors that sell products. If the product purchased is faulty, you have to provide us with proof, and if our responsibility is proven, we replace it without the slightest problem. It seems easy and logical to understand, so follow these basic rules and you'll get what you expect. We thank you for your understanding of the situation.
