I finally had to go pick up my skis at the delivery center 1 hour from my home because they postponed the delivery twice and I wouldn't have received them on time. Your customer service contacted them and informed them of my arrival, making it easier, so it was a troublesome issue but resolved.

0: Could not try them on, everything is in accordance with the order, however the packaging is really not good. The skis were in a box that was too big and not padded at all, so the box was punctured and the protective plastic marked in several places. Apparently nothing on the base and almost nothing on the top, but it's still very unfortunate... 5/5 for the price and the match, the deadlines and the simplicity of thinking and ordering the skis. 1/5 for the packaging.

I regret this purchase, the bindings are very damaged, I would have done better to buy from a private individual with a much less intensive use than ski rental companies. Super fast shipping though. It's just DHL that postpones delivery.
