I'm sorry, I don't see your first email in our inbox. I wasn't able to change the dates in time. And once the booking has started, I can no longer modify it. I can give you a credit note for the unused days of the 7th and 8th, however, you'll need to go directly to the store to book the additional day of March 14th !

Very good experience for our ski rental. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The team was very attentive and responsive, especially when a pair of shoes did not fit perfectly: they immediately offered a change without any difficulty. They were very kind, available, and present throughout the rental. I recommend without hesitation.
