Staff very friendly and helpful. However, avoid collecting your equipment on Saturday afternoons during the busy period, instead book one day early and collect on Saturday morning.

Great service and advice, I was able to exchange my shoes after a foot pain on the first day! On the other hand, the equipment we received (ski poles and boots) was quite worn, but still functional. A warm, smiling and relaxed welcome!
