I took almost two hours to place an order, the site is not working and very slow. I had to reset my password several times, it did not recognize my password. The order bugged when I was entering my phone number, I could not fill out the form, in short, very bad experience. Fortunately, your team is good in-store.

I had taken out Carré+ insurance with Republic Ski, but I never received any document confirming this insurance. In the event of an accident, the rental company was not even aware of its existence, making it impossible to take any responsibility. Total lack of transparency and communication. Very disappointed, I won't use them again.

I had to modify an item (ski boots) in my order, placed a few months ago. By deleting the boot rental displayed at 59€ in my order summary, I ended up with only 29.5€ deducted from my overall order. However, the discount codes were the same. I find this very average, and displaying "free cancellation" on your site is quite simply misleading advertising. I've been going through your site for several years now, but my experience last year (ski boots in very poor condition because there was no stock available when I changed my boots a day after my arrival) at La Plagne Bellecote, as well as this year's experience, will certainly be the reason for my loyalty to Ski republic.
