Very friendly, smiling staff. The only problems were with the machine-sized shoes, which I had to change several years in a row because they left my skin raw. However, the exchange was very easy. No problem this year.

Reception a little disappointing, no-one in the store but a fairly long wait. Employee with hands in pockets, no help in trying on shoes, etc. The manager we saw a few days later was very friendly and attentive!
