Hello I am just saddened by the fact that I returned my son's skis and mine as well as the shoes on February 27 because there was an unforeseen event, my son's dad came to pick them up on Saturday morning so I had to return the skis the day before. The equipment was good, the ski boots were comfortable, the staff were very friendly and obliging. The reason for 4 not 5 stars is because you have to queue for an hour to collect the equipment if collecting in a Saturday evening. It was the same last year too, but the price of the rental is very good and so we will continue to use this company each year and be prepared for the long queue on the first day. the staff do their best to keep the process as fast as possible clearly working hard, so I’m not sure what they can do to change this situation.
