Great equipment, helpful, friendly service, only reason I didn't give 5 stars was it took 1.5 hours to get fitted - we did have a group of 16 but our arrival seemed to create panic and took time to work through. Otherwise all very good

We arrived in the evening, and the next day we had to go and get our skis, poles and helmets for 5 people because it had been too busy the day before. We had to wait more than 2 hours, which is a real shame, and I hope that the organization of your premises will change to provide a better quality of service.
