Very fast delivery and especially very well packaged. Quality material and completely in accordance with my order. A small point of improvement on the manual and on the system for mounting the wheels of the sliding door to fix it = not easy to do, you need to be a bit handy, missing an element to tighten with a wrench as the screw does not allow for screwing

Good product with easy assembly.
Too bad the carrier DPD did not live up to your product. (Appointment not kept 3 times. Last delivery outside of schedule!! Messy truck and damaged package without any damage... fortunately!)

Nothing to blame the site itself but the delivery is a real disaster. I was supposed to be notified in advance, I wasn't and the DPD delivery person 'threw' the 20 kg package over my two-meter high gate! I let you imagine the shock

quick order processing, as well as reception (near Paris). good quality product, quick and simple assembly. all supplied materials are compliant. I have two concerns. Some time after my purchase, a 20% discount was offered on the site, this kind of thing annoys me so much!! and the second point is that it is clearly stated that the carrier will contact us to set a delivery date and that is false. the day before at 11 PM I received a message saying that delivery would be tomorrow morning (great, that gives me the night to organize) and the delivery took place at 7:30 AM. and the delivery person was not friendly. otherwise, the product itself is perfect
