Very good product. However, it was supposed that the delivery person would set an appointment with me, which was not the case. He was in front of my door when he called me. So he left the package in front of my door with my consent, having no choice, and I could not verify its condition.
Fortunately, everything was very well packaged, so no problem. But one should not announce a delivery by appointment if it is not the case. Coulissant Habitat did its job, not the delivery person.

I ordered the 94" sliding door kit with an additional set of rollers for a second door. Overall the kit is pretty good. The biggest downside is there are no screws to attach the railing to the door opening. That caused a bit of frustration. I had to drill into the rail to counter sink the screws I used. Without doing that, the rollers will get stopped with the head of the screw.

The ordering process was easy. The amount of time from the order date to the ship date was too long. The item did not fit in the intended space, so I needed to return it. The return process is outdated and time consuming. It has been over two weeks since I returned the item, and SLID'UP has not acknowledged receipt of it, nor has a credit showed up on my credit card account.

Rather interesting site, the problem is, I don't know if I wasn't paying attention when ordering, or if it was poorly indicated or not indicated at all, the rod coming out of the box is fine, but the place where we put the rod to lift the shutter is not compatible at all with my crank, way too small in mm, luckily I am equipped, I had to widen it with a stepped milling cutter.

The slide system 110 is simply weak. It does not provide any level adjustment after hanging the door, the bottom guide, while maintaining the dimensional tolerances given in the instructions in the lower range, does not allow the door to be removed.

Good product and excellent packaging.
The drilling template is too close to the edges of the lintel, allow for an additional margin (4mm). The learning of the stops must be activated without mounting the cover and especially after registering the remote control (allows positioning the axes for mounting the rails and arms on the shutters).

The sliding door system seems correct as it has not been installed yet. However, the delivery was catastrophic. After several emails and calls to customer service, my package arrived 15 days late. The carrier signed the delivery note without even delivering the package. Fortunately, the package arrived well, otherwise the criticism would have been severe.

It's a shame that the delivery is not faster. The delivery date was not respected and when you are waiting for the order with the gate disassembled especially when it weighs 200 kg, it is frustrating.
