I placed my order on June 22, 2020 and iit is now July 10 and I still have no idea when I will receive my complete order. I ordered the SLID'UP 110 - Sliding closet door hardware kit - 106" - for 3 doors. On June 30, I received two tracks with no hardware. I called the customer service line on different occasions to let them know about my order, and never received a call back. I also emailed them and it took four days for someone to respond. I was told the order would be filled but I was not given a date as to when to expect the hardware. I buil some custom closet doors that this product seemed like the perfect solution for. However, I have now begun looking for alternatives since I have no idea when or if I will receive the hardware. I have no idea what the problem is but choosing their product has made things really difficult for completing this job. Fortunately my client is someone familiar with my work otherwise this could have been a disastrous experience.

I'm very unhappy my order was doubled and was charged about $15 for delivery. I want to return the 4 extra pocket doors but I cannot find anyone to send it for less than $350+HST. Slid'up should be sending a return label just like amazon or offering a better solution. Your website messed up the order and doubled it. I only ordered 4. 8 were sent and I was charged for 8. Not fair to the comsumer. You guys have bulk purchase rates with Purolator and the shipping is very minimal for a large organization. Good, easy to order

Horrible service wanted to return my item. Sent 2 emails asking how to return my item and as of now I have not had a response.

Quality is very good, but the simplistic picture type installation instructions are not adequate. They should be accompanied by written instructions, such as for the door stop item that must be installed as the very first thing before attaching to the door header. I have installed the doors and they are working well, minus the door stops.

It’s a good product and good price.

Good quality products, be careful with your packaging rail damaged during transport and according to the delivery person the package was too heavy for these little arms, I do not know your negotiation criteria with your carrier.

Fairly basic website but it does the job... no complaints!

Package declared delivered not delivered and after intervention from customer service, package finally delivered to a neighbor but damaged and unusable! I lost my money.

I liked that the system is customizable. The top track seems to hide very nicely. However, my order was missing parts and I found the instructions hard to follow with minimal words to explain what to do. The little clips on the side to keep the door in the track are very short and the door comes off the track easily. The soft close made it very hard to open so my kids couldn’t even open the door. I was expecting a lot more for paying more then double what you would pay from the big box stores
