My order arrived damaged and when I called in to report the damage, the response was just, “you’ll take my experience into consideration” but no help to resolve my damaged item. They just brushed me off with no help or support at all. I won’t order from them again.

With everything I bought, I only have two rail stops. In principle, unless having a self-locking assembly, you need 4 double rail stops. So I suggest that the site be intuitive based on the purchases made. But otherwise, the site is great, I manage to buy specific products that are not found in DIY stores of distribution.

DELIVERY SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I had paid for home delivery, but the delivery person refused to deliver to me inventing various ridiculous excuses. I had to go pick up my package at a relay point.

This track works really well. The track would be a 5 stars if the rail was 1/2" bigger. We had to shim the track to keep the doors in the track. The doors slide smoothly & easily on the track.
