Delivery was not complete. Unfortunately, the floor guide for the sliding door was not included.

Very very simple equipment for 80 euros, I expected something more sophisticated

I did not accept the package because it arrived bent.

The plastic sliding systems for lower furniture doors up to 9 kg slide poorly. The doors tend to get stuck.

The small order screws (Reinforced wall mounting bracket for SLID'UP) being unpackaged in the package, "free electrons", were lost during transport (twice in a row)! Too bad because the material is of good quality!

when asked if i was satisfied with my shopping experience, i would reply "yes and no". the yes's are that the product delivered was correct and arrived quickly. The no's are that the packaging was done poorly in that the bristles were crushed to the point that at first i thought the product was unusable. it appears that someone just wrapped the 18-foot length around their hand and stuffed it in the bag and then into the envelope. i spent many hours straightening out the bristles and had to fabricate a jig on my worktable to "fix" them. i basically had to press them out to be straight which took several days because i had to do it in 6 foot sections, and i had to leave them in the jig overnight. i was surprised at how limp the bristles were. i expected them to be stiffer. they did end up working ok for my application, but i will not use them again. i have a recurring requirement for a brush seal to be used on retractable screen doors where the seal clearance is greater than 5/8 of an inch. your product is perfect in that the spine is 3/16" wide and the brush length is 1 inch. if you manufactured the same product with a much stiffer bristle, and ideally to 1-1/8" and it were black, you would have a very marketable product that would be useful to installers of these types of large retractable screen systems. it would not necessarily need to have adhesive backing as the 3/16" spine can be pressed into the slot of some retractable screen systems, notably, the phantom brand retractable screen system. for now, i will keep searching for a supplier for my application.

I have not received my order.

Ordering, delivery, and phone consultation were great. Please improve the assembly instructions with these tiny pictures. A bit of old-fashioned explanatory text would also be very helpful. After all, we customers are not illiterates.

The goods are flawless. However, the correct package only arrived on the second attempt. The customer service was also prompt and friendly. But it always involves unnecessary extra effort when the goods are not delivered correctly.

Perfect packaging rigid rail bearing could be even quieter for bedroom door excellent height adjustment system, the keys do not pass, a bit expensive but the quality is there I recommend

Hello, generally satisfactory product but with a ceiling mount and a door adjustment at the highest point so that the strip hides the system, the provided mounting screws block the passage of the carts. Either the screw holes in the rail need to be milled, or the length of the suspension nuts needs to be shortened.

The lock kit received was not in good condition, a plastic piece was broken. I don't know if I will be able to install the handle as it is.

The gap between the doors is too large, looks quite silly, the further door needs to be milled, then the upper guide is really unusable due to zero tolerance, 1 mm difference and it rubs, better to build something yourself and use a profile for example

Delivery was compliant and fast. One item was missing (omission during the preparation of the package) and the company was professional and responsive in its corrective action. I recommend and expect the same quality after the installation of the equipment.
