Product arrived quickly, packaged well, nothing missing, was what I expected, rollers do need a little oil they tend to drag. Bought for my airstream travel trailer bathroom door sprayed painted black to match other hardware what an improvement over original swing door.

The service was very good. There was a problem with the oval flush handles that I purchased. The chrome cover plates needed to be bent straight before they would lock to the base. When I phoned Home Sliding Systems they offered to send me replacements at no charge if I continued to have a problem with the handles.

Anytime gladly again. Goods as expected. Fast delivery. Only before the purchase I would have wished for a more detailed description and measurements to plan the fastening a bit better in advance. Still highly recommended!

System works quite well, however the instructions are fairly useless, they need to actually include measurements. The details for spacing rails for different door thickness would be helpful
