This company was the only place I could find a pocket door kit with a small width. I had to replace the rail on my pocket door that was installed decades ago, and all you can find now are rails that are 1 inch wide or bigger! Kudos for having what I needed. The reason for the 4 and not 5 star is that they are a bit pricey, in my opinion, however the quality of the product was fantastic so you get what you pay for.

Hello, Indeed exchanges are not possible. In case of a retraction request, the items must be returned for a refund. Then, the customer can place a new order if they wish to obtain another item.
