Slides and soft close hardware came quickly, were well packaged and appear to be very good quality. I haven’t installed them yet and will update my review once the track and doors are in place.

Very bad experience, 3 weeks for an order to travel 15km, due to a relay point temporarily closed. Poor communication as there was no order tracking: no response to emails, difficulties in reaching customer service by phone, unfulfilled promises of callbacks. This is quite hypocritical for a customer service that emphasizes listening on the website. A commercial gesture would be the least they could do.
