Very good material easy to install and adjust.
It's been 2 years since I installed my first rails, no problems.
Only remark, when you deliver a rail for a door, put 2 guides on the ground instead of just one.

Product is definitely 5 stars. Last order was missing parts, I contacted them and they over nighted them down to me. Excellent customer service.
I am waiting on a small refund offered to me for an issue with an earlier order, hence the 4 star review.

As other slidup products the hardware is excellent and easy to install. The only negative is that I could not purchase the sliding hardware separately from the pocket door hardware, which is what I wanted. Please offer your rails and rollers separately in the future.

The quality of the product is far superior than the ones that you find at the mega stores.
The product was received in perfect condition and very well packed.
All parts are sturdy and well built.
My only concern is that I received 2 of the door stoppers damaged.
