Shipment was calculated and announced. However, I never received a shipment. For that, the refund of the purchase price - however with a deduction of 5€ for the shipment. For me, not a good style......

Please excuse the problems with the shipping: Unfortunately, your announced shipment could not be delivered, the deliverer did not find you. The shipment then waited in the parcel shop in vain for pickup and was subsequently returned to us. That the customer then at least pays the shipping costs is not unusual, although the return even incurred further costs. Unfortunately, our inquiry for another delivery went unanswered - we have now also refunded you the 4.95€ as a goodwill gesture. Best regards from your team at slidup.de

Regarding the next order, unless we are mistaken, it was placed on our site on January 13, it was handed over to the carrier on January 14 and it is noted delivered on January 16.
