I would say the kit worked well and as intended. We did need to put in more and longer screws than the kit had as the doors are on the heavier end of the capacity and the supplied screws pulled out. This could honestly be because of the installation (done by my contractor). I did find the need to predrill some more holes to help countersink the added wood screws. With 3 young kids we will see if this holds up to the abuse my kids can inflict. I did need to re-install the rollers as the contractor didn't realize the soft close mechanism got installed between the two rollers.

I am still in the editing process, so this is an interim comment. The screws received do not match the key received. The screws are not very strong, resulting in the head getting ruined and it is impossible to tighten them all the way, and of course, removing them is a nightmare.
I will therefore test the support and customer service to see if they manage. In this kind of purchase, the most important thing is the quality of customer service; if it is good, I will change my rating, if it is bad, I will change it too but in the opposite direction.
