Fits well for a 73 isoplane door

Material of very good quality, a bit complicated to assemble especially since there is nothing provided for hollow walls like bricks... in terms of order, navigation, choice, nothing to say... delivery the same, package in good condition, tracking of the package and delivery time via the delivery site

Very fast delivery

Everything was very good, except for the incorrect address that was given to the carrier, which I noticed by chance. I had to call to change the address. That said, the person who answered me was polite and efficient. Also note that I had changed the delivery day and it was not taken into account. I wondered if there had been a problem with homonymy.

The order was delivered quickly... but the items were not as described. Wrong rolls and the wrong fastening material were delivered.
No one is reachable on the hotline and there was no response to 4 emails. This is definitely not how customer service works!

I am satisfied with the product but not with the delivery. I had chosen home delivery and the delivery person left the package at a relay point claiming our absence; which is false, we have always been present. And he didn't even try to contact us by phone even though he had our phone number because he sent us an SMS to inform us of the delivery at the relay point.

Good description, great assembly video, ordered on Sunday, shipped on Monday, received on Wednesday.

I am very happy with the product and the support I received from the company. The tracks were delivered quickly and came with all supporting hardware and instructions. It's much higher quality than builder hardware that came with my closet doors. Only one glitch, I had to recut the aluminum tracks to fit my closets. Hacksaw did the job with a miter box. Some minor problems receiving the order confirmation at first, but the communications with Chloe were prompt and helpful.

The quality of the material is a bit disappointing. The varnish on one of my three products shows a drop (probably too loaded during application)

Ordering, delivery and website - all great!
The system - had some problems. We watched the videos and read the instructions exhaustively. Found when we went to install that the spring pin at the top (closet doors) allowed only about 2mm of tolerance. And between that and the bottom pin tolerance it was a real bear to install - only to find that the other pin at the top required a 1/2 inch clearance. So it was literally mathematically impossible. Also the formula in the instructions didn’t work either. We had to add a wooden cross piece additionally on our ceiling due to overly short cutting of ours doors due to this formula. Frustrating!!! A solid and good system but some tolerance and math issues for sure. The video seems to show a lot more tolerances for installation. Felt a little led down the garden path. Got it done but spent 4x longer than should have. Many fixes and adjustments required to get there.

I just installed your double track hardware for some custom made oak doors. Excellent product and it made installing my doors a breeze. My only complaint would be the Phillips style screws provided. As I was using a hardwood, the screws can strip easily despite pre-drilling the holes. I personally would recommend a Robertson screw head.
