I have shopped several times, the company reacts very quickly when I leave money, but when I wrote about the desire to return one profile, it was silent as if sowing poppy seeds. Well, it is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Order placed on 20/06, delivery 2 to 3 days but still nothing received after 8 days.

Too difficult to give a score. The merchandise seems fine but the system of references to order is very confusing. Do confusing that I apparently ordered the wrong rail. Though it seemed obvious to me that if you order 3 rails they would all be the same size. . I was told it was my fault and returns were not accepted. This treatment, in the modern world of internet ordering is not only unacceptable but also probably illegal in the consumer code.
So, shape up, Slid'up, be amenable, be nice.

Nothing to report, contact with the resale company in Dijon very friendly, attentive and very professional. Thank you to them. As for the product, it should be known. PS: I gave your contact details to a representative in this field and to one of his carpenter artisans (surprised by the quality and price)

A bit difficult to find the right product for my application but in the end it was the right one

I’ve tried calling the number that’s posted left messages nothing. I would like to start a return, but there is no way to return it that I can see or on their website. I was looking for a little bit of technical support. That’s all but at this point, I’d like to return it.

The products offered are of very good quality, well thought out.
However, it's not easy to place your order to assemble between the different elements of 60kg, 200kg the fixing brackets, the rails, etc. but also fast shipping.

Poorly cared packaging, consequently, the upper rail was bent on the front part.

Just a shame about the order tracking, no shipping information or anything.

Everything went well. Delivery was problem-free and relatively timely

Not mounted yet, but it's solid.
Personally, I'm replacing the 4 brackets of the 2 shutter stops (which I can't fix on the PVC window) with a square tube drilled on demand.
It's a pity there isn't a shorter version for pairs of shutters less than 500mm.

Small hiccup with the provided Allen key, not the right one! and the control button, very poor quality, too bad the product is TOP.

No problem, product and delivery date as expected. Delivery issue, the box was torn, and missing parts. Since I wasn't the one who received the package, I didn't make a fuss and managed, but if you need additional parts (fixing bracket), I advise you to order them separately as they are not packaged, just 'placed' in the box without any protection.

Perfect material, great packaging, shipping time was perfect BUT unfortunately, the choice of DLS carrier... a mistake! I let you read the comment I left them via TrustPilot. Rated 1 out of 5 stars, 1 star is way too much! Delivery notice received by email the day before... so far so good. I block myself at home on the day and by late morning I see that my package is delivered! But I have nothing! No one, no call even though I had specified to call upon delivery by leaving my number! My site is blocked. The support tells me they are launching a search but that's it!!! Impossible to reach the delivery person. Of course, no sound, no image, I fall into oblivion! By miracle, the person who received it in my place managed to find my number and call me. In the end, I went to pick up my material, 1 hour drive for a delivery I paid for!!! Hats off to the incompetent DLS!

great site and product, never disappointed, very efficient customer service but on the other hand, the delivery by DPD transport needs to be seriously reviewed, very delayed delivery, message next to the damaged product plate, in short, I decided to no longer order with these carriers

Unfortunately does not respond to emails regarding a warranty case, therefore unfortunately paid the full purchase price twice.
