Great advice in terms of what products best for my application from customer service. Products arrived within 1 week (to Ontario). Products as described. Only suggestion is to improve the instructions. They are not clear and pictures are too small to be interpreted.

Nothing to say about the product, everything is okay. However, change the carrier: DPD asked me twice to reschedule the delivery! Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Finally, the delivery person didn't even wait for me to arrive at the gate, he left the package behind and I weigh my words, 'he literally ran away'. Best regards.

The products are good but their presentations, associated explanations, and user manuals sometimes lack clarity. I may be a bit deficient, I don't know, for example when it comes to representing something in space, but having only small diagrams without captions is quite little. I have accumulated several assembly errors and even purchase errors. I had to redo several times for an interior door rail and now I have useless components left on my hands.

The hardware looks very good, but the instruction sketch is somewhat puzzling in that there are different dimensions from the pivot points to the edges of the panels. I think they should be the same. I called for an explanation, but the person I spoke with was of no help.

Indeed, the dimensions are not mentioned in the description on the site, however all the indications are present on the product pages: * side diagram of the rails, * references of the elements making up the complete kit with the possibility of clicking on the reference to obtain the product page of the component * color compatibility indicators. We understand that you did not see these elements when placing your order. Our Web Service will make a modification to the complete kits so that the dimensions appear in the description.
