Hello, We are sorry that we could not respond favorably to your request. We confirmed in our email of June 20 that the 3m rail alone in the Slid'Up 160 range is not available for sale. We only offer a 1m94 rail. We offer a complete kit including a 3m rail. However, being a distribution center, the items we sell are pre-packaged and we do not do unpacking or custom work. Track was fine, but the guides were undersized. We had to get a third party guide set to make the doors work.

The stops and fittings on the door are actually made of plastic + lack of care in packaging (brackets placed with the carton with their screws, nuts and washers loose = missing elements upon arrival). Very mixed review.

The item is guaranteed for 5 years, do not hesitate to contact us in case of degradation during use. Regarding the brackets placed with the carton with screws, nuts, and washers, we will intervene with our preparers. Indeed, everything should have been placed in a bag. This company was the only place I could find a pocket door kit with a small width. I had to replace the rail on my pocket door that was installed decades ago, and all you can find now are rails that are 1 inch wide or bigger! Kudos for having what I needed. The reason for the 4 and not 5 star is that they are a bit pricey, in my opinion, however the quality of the product was fantastic so you get what you pay for.
