Please excuse the problems with the shipping: Unfortunately, your announced shipment could not be delivered, the deliverer did not find you. The shipment then waited in the parcel shop in vain for pickup and was subsequently returned to us. That the customer then at least pays the shipping costs is not unusual, although the return even incurred further costs. Unfortunately, our inquiry for another delivery went unanswered - we have now also refunded you the 4.95€ as a goodwill gesture. Best regards from your team at slidup.de

Not even an email was received with the tracking number. Allegedly, we never picked up the package at the package shop. How are we supposed to know that it is in the package shop when we did not receive any email or note in the mailbox? We find that strange.
