I purchased the soft close unit but the CSR did not tell me that it only works with there track the unit was useless to me

Product quality was great. The written directions were poor. Had to resort to YouTube video and even that wasn't a clear explanation.

They should provide a better return policy

The aluminum profiles were not packaged correctly, without protection on them, which caused a scratch, hitting them. In conclusion, they could not be used.

The product itself seems correct, we'll see over time, but they didn't include the right number of screws, missing 4 per wardrobe, a bit stingy, and the manual doesn't mention the two seals, not great either

Thank you for your responsiveness to satisfy a second delivery without problems and a quick processing, following a first order quickly delivered but a defective receipt and package.

I paid a lot of money for a product that I can not use, I also paid for shipping I believe and to return it I have to spend more than the original purchase for shipping to return them. All other businesses pay for return shipping, your company does not. I will not tell anyone about this company nor will I ever make another purchase.

This company sent a completely wrong product on my initial order. Customer service was easy to deal with to correct the order. However, they would not ship the wrong product back to them due to shipping cost. Now I am stuck with figuring out how to get rid of a bulky track system that I don't want.

The website is easy to navigate and products are presented in a relatively logical manner.

The goods were delivered by UPS, but 50 house numbers away, we had to take care of the package ourselves and pick it up, as UPS was not able to do so. Furthermore, the cover of the running rail was bent. We fixed it ourselves. Once and never again, the delivery was also 1.5 weeks later than expected.

I specified during my order to deliver the order directly to the customer, you left it at a relay point.

The site is a bit unclear, you can't find everything right away. Finding individual parts is made more difficult because of this. The drawings with dimensions are very good.

I was missing one part out of two. After my call to the company, the second one was sent to me quickly. However, the delivery company is not TOP, just a doorbell ring and the part left on the doormat.

Good for my order, very competent phone sales, quality rail, packaging, delivery speed. BUT:... rail delivered without dowels and without fixing screws??

Anchors not at all suitable for a plasterboard wall. Plan to buy some.
Otherwise very good quality of the product.

the wheels taped on the outside of the package wrapped with the whole (rails+covers) scratched them through the plastic film. What solutions to hide these scratches? Thank you in advance. (NB: the whole will be assembled within 8 days)

Products give me complete satisfaction... just that the carrier leaves it by the roadside in my absence without warning, a package in poor condition...

No issues with what I ordered, however the delivery company is very poorly organized, does not do what they say when you call them, and their system to notify customers by SMS is 0. The delivery person had no issues.

The company was very responsive and help with the order so that was greatly appreciated. However, a couple of things to note one each object. Otherwise I’d say solid system from a very responsive company but too many little issues that I unfortunately can’t give it more than 3 stars

For the top very good but for the bottom missing guide rail.

The delivery was terrible, the delivery person left the package with a neighbor in an alley, at number 18. I wasn't even notified of their visit with my name and number 16 on my mailbox, and I was present at home to check the package and sign. I am disappointed with your carrier.

basically my first order with a complete system went well.
Inquiries were answered within a reasonable time frame, although not marked by blessed knowledge.
Knowledge regarding acrylic glass in connection with the clamping system is rather poor.
The second order became a service waste.
While the complete system was delivered with 13mm bolts, which can be adjusted without problems in the hanging state, the supplementary set for 72 !!! euros was sent with 14mm bolts. These cannot be adjusted when installed, so you have to lift the 35 kg plate (acrylic) and the 65 kg plate in and out permanently.
Big shrug from the company and thus definitely not acceptable.
I am really sorry. It could have been good, but I cannot accept it like this.

Package in poor condition, one bracket was missing, I ordered 8 and received 7, it's annoying.

A quick order, however, a delivery service to be urgently reviewed: rude driver and terrible service: waiting an additional week because the driver doesn't even get out of his truck and dares to claim that he rang and didn't see the caretaker (even though the sign is ultra visible on the wall). Customer service rescheduled for Friday. Friday no delivery. After a second reminder, nothing had been done or rescheduled, delivery planned for Monday. Monday nothing. Third reminder to learn that delivery would be Tuesday. Tuesday nothing. Delivery Wednesday afternoon. A shame.

The package opened during transport and some parts escaped. They were, fortunately, just scattered in the delivery vehicle.
My opinion is that the quality of your services deserves to be improved in this aspect of package preparation and transport (a subject on which the carrier also has responsibility).

Good site, the order process went smoothly. Small downside, no order tracking. I learned about the delivery on the same day, it's complicated to have to organize.

This track works really well. The track would be a 5 stars if the rail was 1/2" bigger. We had to shim the track to keep the doors in the track. The doors slide smoothly & easily on the track.

When fixing the wheels on the panel they no longer slide in the pressure direction with the springs. As a good handyman, I put a thin sheet between the two to relieve the pressure, that solved the problem. I did not have this problem on a first delivery over a year ago.

This kind of small package could very well be sent by mail that would put it in the mailbox rather than moving a carrier that requires presence for delivery.
