The person on the phone was efficient and gave good advice. I haven't installed the rails I ordered yet because I need to make modifications (I need to slide one over the other). The delivery was fast but the driver called me in front of my home. While it was stated in the company's email that a call would be made 2 hours before delivery.

Delivery times just a bit long because I live less than 30km from the company and the part was delivered in 5 days. I should have gone to pick it up directly to avoid the €5 delivery fee if I had known the company was in Genlis

Very good product and easy to install.

Could not verify the package upon delivery as the delivery person did not wait long enough after ringing the gate, the package was well closed and well packaged when it came to installing the motor, the installer has not come yet but I think it will be fine, I have already had this mechanism installed
