Delivered faster than expected, well packaged. Very responsive and friendly customer service. I don't give 5 stars because I ordered brown covers, but I received white covers. The customer service reacted immediately. Three days later I received others. Unfortunately, they were still white!... Maybe next time... unless I get the spray paint out!...

What bothered me a bit was that I placed an order on Easter Sunday 04.04 and then ordered something again on Easter Monday, so the first order was not yet shipped, the second order could have been packed together with the first as there were only 5 small brackets, so I paid for shipping twice.

Delivery was good, but instructions were a mix. I purchased one unit to try it out and made all my mistakes on it, spoke with the company about my problem, it would be a good idea to include the purpose of some of the screws and bolts, for example on the tracking wheels, it would have made my install easier it I had know the purpose of the screw and bolt, once it was explained to me, I had no problems completing the installation and then ordering the other three units, The finished look is a clean modern line, without the feeling of being heavy that I found with other barn door hardware.
