Maybe expand your products as I truly need a lock for a 1 3/8” thick pocket door. However, the service was very good in getting the lock I ordered. Thank you.

We haven't installed the sliding doors yet, but it looks like it is very good quality - there should be an date on the confirmation as to when it is expected to be delivered - I didn't receive a confirmation of shipping either - after 13 days, I e-mailed the company to see if it was shipped yet - they called me back the same morning to let me know that it was indeed shipped & would look into it - my order was delivered that afternoon, so I'm pretty sure the hold up was the local delivery company that was used. It would be really helpful to receive a confirmation of shipping with the expected delivery date.

I was looking for fittings for a sliding door. Through a link (somewhere on Google) I was directed exactly to the landing page that was relevant for me. Unfortunately, I did not bookmark it in the browser. On my next visit, I could not find the fittings (rail, screws, gliders, etc.) that I had already discovered. So I tried to reconstruct my initial search via Google. Since I had not deleted my search history, I was able to find the landing page again. The search (or 'finding') on the website is still improvable.

for sliding door fitting SLID'UP 160, 170 wooden cover mounting bracket: SU5243 the indication of the package contents of 3 pieces was missing - therefore I ordered 3 pieces. Return is not worth it due to shipping costs....
