I am satisfied with the product but not with the delivery. I had chosen home delivery and the delivery person left the package at a relay point claiming our absence; which is false, we have always been present. I am very happy with the product and the support I received from the company. The tracks were delivered quickly and came with all supporting hardware and instructions. It's much higher quality than builder hardware that came with my closet doors. Only one glitch, I had to recut the aluminum tracks to fit my closets. Hacksaw did the job with a miter box. Some minor problems receiving the order confirmation at first, but the communications with Chloe were prompt and helpful.
