Response to my expectations, I had to reorder a wheel because one broke after being installed a few months ago

Delivery times just a bit long because I live less than 30km from the company and the part was delivered in 5 days. I should have gone to pick it up directly to avoid the €5 delivery fee if I had known the company was in Genlis

Very good product and easy to install.
A small issue during delivery with the carrier's communication but this was well followed up and resolved by slid’up. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

The rail arrived bent at the end over 20 cm.
The only unprotected part

Good except that I didn't wait for the sales three days later, which made me miss the opportunity to have 25% off the product.

Site a bit complicated with the multitude of sliding ranges. Slid up 160,170,180,1000,1100 and the accessories specific to each range.

The product seems good but the delivery process needs serious review. First of all, the site never indicates whether the order is processed and/or shipped. We do not receive any email or SMS to inform us of the departure of the package. It is through the carrier that we are informed that the package will be delivered. The website seems recent but clearly 'not dry' and not free of bugs in the order tracking system. Furthermore, the rails arrive in tubes but not well enough packaged and therefore upon arrival one tube is empty, one rail and some brackets are missing. The people at customer service are charming, but overwhelmed and unable to help with a failing IT system.

Could not verify the package upon delivery as the delivery person did not wait long enough after ringing the gate, the package was well closed and well packaged when it came to installing the motor, the installer has not come yet but I think it will be fine, I have already had this mechanism installed

FedEx courier is not only one of the most expensive on the market, but also does not select the option (paid!) to call the recipient upon delivery. This means that someone has to be at home and wait from 8 to 18.
