Great rails, at the end you sometimes have to push them a bit when mounting them edge to edge. But really recommended

Products give me complete satisfaction... just that the carrier leaves it by the roadside in my absence without warning, a package in poor condition...

Can you include a mounting tutorial for a door in your delivery instructions (more effective than a paper document...) I am looking for extra flat plasterboard fixing rails that go with the concept of sliding doors, thank you for indicating some supplier leads. Best regards

Well packaged

No issues with what I ordered, however the delivery company is very poorly organized, does not do what they say when you call them, and their system to notify customers by SMS is 0. The delivery person had no issues.

Excellent product, only minor production flaws. Interesting to see how well it holds up over time.

The delivered material is in accordance with my order. good quality.
However, it would be desirable to be able to choose the transport company for the package. the delivery person (DPD company) does not take into account the announced delivery times: the first time I received a message at 9:30 PM saying that the delivery person could not come (announced time 8:45 AM to 11:45 AM).
After rescheduling the delivery, the delivery person came at 1:30 PM (announced time between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM)... and this is not the first time I have experienced this kind of inconvenience with them.

The company was very responsive and help with the order so that was greatly appreciated. However, a couple of things to note one each object. Otherwise I’d say solid system from a very responsive company but too many little issues that I unfortunately can’t give it more than 3 stars

For the top very good but for the bottom missing guide rail.

The delivery was terrible, the delivery person left the package with a neighbor in an alley, at number 18. I wasn't even notified of their visit with my name and number 16 on my mailbox, and I was present at home to check the package and sign. I am disappointed with your carrier.

Product and price are great. I live in Hawaii and the thing I don’t understand is why SlidUp only ships to the lower 48 states and not Hawaii or Alaska. I understand you are a Canadian based manufacturer but your US website boasts “all orders shipped from warehouse in the US”. The items I ordered are very small and could easily fit into a USPS flat rate box or envelope which is pretty cheap anywhere in the US including HI and AK. I ordered to track roller kits and had them ship it to my son on the west coast who the repackaged the items in a flat rate envelope to mail to me. So it cost roughly $10 for SlidUp to ship it to California and $10 for my son to mail it to me. Their customer service representative tried to help me out and checked with their shipper what it would for them to ship the parts directly to me and gave me an estimate of $48. These track rollers are closest thing I could find as a replacement for a condominium that I do maintenance on and has about 300 units that use a hidden track sliding barn door that uses nearly identical rollers .I need about 10 more sets of roller kits and trying to figure out how the best way to get it here.

An oversized package for this product. Delivery was made within the expected time frame of a few days.

basically my first order with a complete system went well.
Inquiries were answered within a reasonable time frame, although not marked by blessed knowledge.
Knowledge regarding acrylic glass in connection with the clamping system is rather poor.
The second order became a service waste.
While the complete system was delivered with 13mm bolts, which can be adjusted without problems in the hanging state, the supplementary set for 72 !!! euros was sent with 14mm bolts. These cannot be adjusted when installed, so you have to lift the 35 kg plate (acrylic) and the 65 kg plate in and out permanently.
Big shrug from the company and thus definitely not acceptable.
I am really sorry. It could have been good, but I cannot accept it like this.

Package in poor condition, one bracket was missing, I ordered 8 and received 7, it's annoying.

Average delivery time. Impeccable package, there is no detailed tracking on the carrier's site: no visibility of the actual delivery date: we go from shipped to the SMS announcing delivery at the pickup point.
