Very good quality products, delivery less professional

When ordering pre-assembled goods, everything fits. But individual parts/accessories are really problematic, at least with the rollers. I have already ordered the wrong running rollers for the second time. At least for the double-track rails, hints or similar would be helpful... otherwise top...

Delivery is quite fast for a product that measures 2.50 m long. I hope the product will be up to par. At first glance seems quite fragile.

I appreciate your responsiveness following a request for information. Despite a slightly long delay, I understand during the end of the year period and the bad weather.

Very informative and helps a lot in choosing the product you really need. However, I couldn't find assembly instructions (for slidup 130 and 230). I only found them on YouTube. And of course also as part of the delivery.

order quickly shipped. Small downside, packaging damaged by the rod causing the loss of a washer and a screw. Nothing dramatic.

I didn't think the attachments were plastic.

Fast shipping, simple fastening system. The rail allows for smooth rolling. Big downside, the system is indicated as being silent which is not the case at all. We chose it for this reason and are disappointed to have spent this amount on a system that is not. This also includes the slow closer, practical but noisy.

Great product though the instruction manual was overly basic and the online video was not much better.

Product conforms, careful packaging. Shipping costs a bit high for an item of a few grams and standard postal delivery...

The product does not suit what I want to do. I would like to return it to get a more suitable product from your range. Best regards

The slid'up 110 and 120 rails are very good. The only downside is the "spare parts" or the option to buy a single rail. Only 180 or 194 cm are offered... to have my doors on 3 rails, I needed 240cm... You could offer 180 or 300, at least we can cover what we need... Having already bought a double rail in 240, in my case, I had to buy a complete 240 cm kit, it cost me much more to buy the complete kit since I already had everything I needed in terms of wheels/stoppers... Buying 2 rails of 180 did not appeal to me due to the junction which is never perfect and could cause a slight snag and thus noise. Too bad for that...

Fast. However, the soft-close mechanism has no assistance for opening.

Well engineered and instructions were good but not great. Wooden header was shorter than the metal rail which resulted in me needing to undo and redo some work.
Also, I suggest making the opening about an 1/2"-1" larger than recommended to prevent the door hiding the frame when opening and to accommodate fine tuning with the door stoppers (which are great).

Very good

Flawless ordering, delivery, and payment process. The sliding system looks serious and reliable. Assembly requires attention and precision, but the small manual is clear. However, a complete side plan of the slides is missing, which is not essential for assembly but would have been useful. One regret: that the interior closet doors cannot be placed and removed when the sliding rails for the exterior doors are in place.

I have just received my order and it’ll be a while until it’s installed. The quality of the parts looks good, I hope they perform as good as they look? The original delivery date was estimated as Nov 4th but it took an additional 2 weeks which wasn’t an issue for me. I was able to track the order thru a link they sent me and I did reach out to the customer service dept to see what the hold up was, and received a prompt reply explaining it was due to customs hold ups. I’m looking forward to seeing how my sliding doors on my study work out.

The product is good and does the expected job, but the paper manual is relatively poor and too brief. Many details are forgotten, you need to carefully watch the example assembly video provided on the site to prepare the assembly correctly.

The delivered products are of very good quality. A downside one of the rails is bent at one end, fortunately I do not need the entire length in my project.

Clear, easy to understand presentation

I had an awful experience. The customer service manager should be replaced. He is rude and mean. This is no behavior to have in any position. A piece broke up assembly and he denied replacing it and I had to fight with him to have it done. This is ridiculous behavior. His attitude towards others is really bad and your company should really really ashamed of his interactions with costumers. He made me hate ever giving your company my business. At one point I wished I had never bought the sliding door hardware at all. That’s not what customer service managers are for usually. Usually they are able to keep the situation calm instead of saying ignorant things to upset the customer. He really needs to grow up and not act like a child when responding to customer emails. My first email response to him told Him he should have had a coffee before he responded to emails in the morning because it was so poorly done. It attacked me for a late purgatory delivery. This whole experience has lost any future business I may have ever given you. Not that the piece is replaced my dole works amazingly and I love the hardware. To bad I have nothing but negativity left for your company. Good product. Really shitty staff that needs to obviously be retrained and taught how to appropriately handle their workload. You would think at such a high price point your employees would have to knowledge on have to deal with defects appropriately. You guys are by far the cheapest out there. I really did honestly expect more from your company.

Very clear. Only misunderstanding, how to order the complementary piece to connect with the axis of the shutter. I had to place another complementary order.
