I did not find the product I ordered when I first used the website, but when I was ready to order I found what I needed. I wish the sizing on the website would have included the width of doors they will accommodate. I ordered too long of the rails for the doors and opening I had.

Hello, the track and rollers are good but the door glides that attach to the floor were useless.They couldn't be fastened when the doors were in place and the doors wouldn't go on if they were fastened previous, I had to make my own.

I’m sure the product is fine, but if it doesn’t work in your space, you can’t return it because the cost of shipping such a big package costs more than the item. It’s too bad because I hate to have to use amazon.

I am generally satisfied with this sliding rail kit: the whole seems solid and the system works well once installed. However, the instructions are quite basic and lack clear explanations, which complicates assembly a bit. Additionally, the brackets and screws are delivered loose in the package, which doesn't help with organization. Another point to watch: the sliding parts that attach to the door are plastic, and I wonder about their long-term durability. Nevertheless, good value for money if you are somewhat handy.

I ordered this kit to replace a faulty motor on one of my existing motors. I preferred to buy this complete kit for 390€ because the price of a single motor at 200 euros quickly calmed me down! If another were to fail, I wouldn't regret it! Personally, I find the price of spare parts too high.
It's a shame because with my 8 kits purchased previously, I appreciated the seriousness of the company, its good quality-price ratio, and its responsiveness to comments and product improvements.
