Product ordered on the site, very convenient, after a phone call with a very friendly and professional representative, my order was delivered very quickly, no problem, the rails being very well packed in large sturdy cardboard tubes and wrapped. It's nice to deal with professionals in France... I recommend this establishment.

My order arrived damaged and when I called in to report the damage, the response was just, “you’ll take my experience into consideration” but no help to resolve my damaged item. They just brushed me off with no help or support at all. I won’t order from them again.
