I am generally satisfied with this sliding rail kit: the whole seems solid and the system works well once installed. However, the instructions are quite basic and lack clear explanations, which complicates assembly a bit. Additionally, the brackets and screws are delivered loose in the package, which doesn't help with organization. Another point to watch: the sliding parts that attach to the door are plastic, and I wonder about their long-term durability. Nevertheless, good value for money if you are somewhat handy.

Super site, easy to navigate, very clear for placing an order. Big disappointment for the GLS delivery, unable to find my home despite 2 visits, I had to go to a pickup point to retrieve my package... you can file a complaint and request compensation for their poor service.
