Not being able to give an opinion for now since I have not yet received the goods, I would just like to point out after ordering on your site, I put a small note in the reserved box that I wanted a departure of the goods at the beginning of January because I could not receive it this end of the year, I received an email that the goods were in the process of being shipped on December 24, I called your friendly services to postpone the departure if it was still possible, in doubt the person I spoke to on the phone was supposed to keep me informed, I was never contacted again neither by email, nor by SMS, nor by email, I don't even know if it has been delivered knowing that carriers often do anything, it is a fragile package, I would not want it to arrive damaged. Disappointed by this lack of communication and remaining in the blur. I hope everything will go well. Best regards. Vincent

This is my second order from here. I was very happy with my first purchase, the second one not so much. To my surprise when I opened the box the metal rail had a bunch of scratches and greasy finger/hand prints all over it. It's not a big deal if I was going to cover it but I wanted to leave it bare.

Error on the order reference, no response from customer service which was contacted by email.

My order arrived damaged and when I called in to report the damage, the response was just, “you’ll take my experience into consideration” but no help to resolve my damaged item. They just brushed me off with no help or support at all. I won’t order from them again.

DELIVERY SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I had paid for home delivery, but the delivery person refused to deliver to me inventing various ridiculous excuses. I had to go pick up my package at a relay point.

My adapter kit order was not compliant. I was sent the wrong profile. I'm still waiting for a response from customer service!

Product compliant but very poorly packaged! So some dents on the aluminum... I was able to fix it with pliers but there is still a mark. Too bad.

Navigating was fine. Selection was good. There should be clearer and more up front info to indicate that returns are such an ordeal that it may as well be final sale, due to the abnormally restricted return process.

The only product I bought (motorization of swing shutters) caused me major installation issues and quickly broke down due to power supply, then remote control.

No tracking number on my order delivered in "tracked letter". I contacted customer service (courteous person) who gave me the information. The delivery address was not completely filled out while it was well on the order. As a result, I managed to retrieve the package at the post office with some difficulty. The package almost went back to the sender. Too bad for this problem because the first order went well.

Access to the assembly documentation only provides the English version..... in inches!!!! Fortunately, the one delivered is compatible with our measurement system and our tape measures.

I have ordered several times and had no problems, but this time I waited 1 month to receive my package and had no news in the meantime. Otherwise, very good product, I would order again.

I am happy with the rail and the wheels but I was surprised that there were no fixing brackets.

First I received the wrong product, called back they shipped the right one. Called again … the shipping company lost the package. After couple days they found it, promised to ship next day. Today was supposed to arrive. As of 9pm nothing showed up. It is already two weeks, weekend coming, the shipping company doesn't deliver on weekends.

The material is of high quality, the goods were packed a bit lightly (there is a risk of deforming the rails), the shipping could not be described as immediate and fast, additionally the communication with the contact person was more profit-oriented than customer-friendly.

Unfortunately, after a good experience some time ago, the second order did not work out. The goods seem to have returned to the sender. I have not received any message about what is going on. Moreover, it takes unusually long to get my money back. The service from Mrs. [...] is limited. I am probably one of many unimportant customers.
