FedEx courier is not only one of the most expensive on the market, but also does not select the option (paid!) to call the recipient upon delivery. This means that someone has to be at home and wait from 8 to 18.

The hardware is great but the instructions are about the worst that I have ever seen. Maybe if you are an engineer or are familiar with equations and design formulas it may be easy but for the common person it is not. I am quite mechanically inclined and have remodeled and rebuilt all types of machines and furniture and found the instructions very frustrating.

I came to know about the product through a youtube video published from UK. I was happy to see the product availability in US. Recommend more marketing and advertising as many people may not be aware of these products.
Website is responsive.
Even though the item I ordered was showing in stock, it was not in stock and had to be dispatched from Canada, which caused some delay to get the item. Called the customer care twice regarding the delay. Representative was helpful but the experience would have been nicer if the item was shipped on time.
Some items have installation video but will be good if all of them have the video instructions.

Could not be forwarded by the shipping company on the first attempt as something went wrong. The friendly and accommodating staff at the door system shop solved the problem immediately. Prompt delivery on the 2nd shipment.

Delivery delay: Informed the day before by the delivery company for the next day. Nothing, I called the delivery person that same day not seeing anything coming in the evening. The material was delivered the next day. The material is suitable for my order, serious company received in good condition. Assembly done, works perfectly.

Speedy delivery, secure packaging, and product as described. Only complaint is I did not receive any correspondence after my order other than the typical “your order has been received.” I was surprised when is arrived because I did not receive an order confirmation or shipping email.
