no product information, no manual in French! you have to decipher the info and discover the functions...couldn't find half of it...

Error in delivered product

Product a bit lacking in quality!

Hello, I expected much more 'robust' rails, the fixing system, especially the screws that pass between the rails, are 1 mm too thick and it took us much longer than expected. Timeliness and welcome were top-notch

Good, but I missed a -10% offer because it wasn't visible enough, so I take away 2 stars!

Ok but I received a 2m rail

1m95 rails delivered without fixing screws.

Track was fine, but the guides were undersized. We had to get a third party guide set to make the doors work.

The stops and fittings on the door are actually made of plastic + lack of care in packaging (brackets placed with the carton with their screws, nuts and washers loose = missing elements upon arrival). Very mixed review.

its ok - the hardware has some flex to it and it works decently.

Sliding door kit 200kg: expensive for what it is... and work done the French way: not straight cuts, the rail diverges at the ends, no connection between 2 rails; to see over time....

There is no problem with the site, delivery, transport, or delivery times.

The site is good. However, complicated to exchange or return a product. No information. Still waiting for a response to exchange my product.

The delivery was fast but I was not notified sufficiently in advance to be present at the reception.
I received a text message 15 minutes before the arrival of the delivery person and, as I was absent, he left it in a discreet place.
I could not check the condition of the package before reception and it could have been stolen.

More explicit VIDEOS for SLID UP 160 as this one is really not suitable for renovation. No information to make existing doors sliding other than isoplane and we get caught.

The quality of the tulip leaves something to be desired, the plastic is fragile.

A bit confusing: products should be grouped by usage and for the same product have different color and size options.

Fast delivery, simple and efficient website but the order arrived incomplete ...

FedEx courier is not only one of the most expensive on the market, but also does not select the option (paid!) to call the recipient upon delivery. This means that someone has to be at home and wait from 8 to 18.

There is no system to adjust the horizontal or vertical alignment of the door once the hangers are fixed.

The hardware is great but the instructions are about the worst that I have ever seen. Maybe if you are an engineer or are familiar with equations and design formulas it may be easy but for the common person it is not. I am quite mechanically inclined and have remodeled and rebuilt all types of machines and furniture and found the instructions very frustrating.

For this order it's perfect, but for the previous one, 7 pieces were missing that I unfortunately noticed too late.

Torn packaging and twisted crank rod.

Made a large purchase just a week before they had a sale, so feeling like I lost out on a good chunk of money.

Great site, very good products, packaging for lengths under 1.30m is excellent. However, for the 3m kit, it is impossible for it not to arrive bent given the "DIY" for packaging. I was well warned of the consequences if there was a problem so I accept but it's a shame. The rest seems very very good.

Hello, just a false note on the delivery which was supposed to be at home. And my package ended up at a relay point.

The ordering process was easy. The amount of time from the order date to the ship date was too long. The item did not fit in the intended space, so I needed to return it. The return process is outdated and time consuming. It has been over two weeks since I returned the item, and SLID'UP has not acknowledged receipt of it, nor has a credit showed up on my credit card account.

I must tell you that setting up your equipment is not reserved for DIY enthusiasts equipped with two left hands... THANKFULLY your manual is very clear. Bravo.

Improving the site's ergonomics wouldn't be a luxury.

The sliding door system seems correct as it has not been installed yet. However, the delivery was catastrophic. After several emails and calls to customer service, my package arrived 15 days late. The carrier signed the delivery note without even delivering the package. Fortunately, the package arrived well, otherwise the criticism would have been severe.

Website was a bit confusing but I found what I needed. More clear install requirements would’ve been better.

Regarding Volet habitat - service and product very good; however, they impose DPD home delivery and this provider strictly does not care about end customers: 2 orders, 2 'delivery refusals'. The process is as follows, they inform you that they will deliver on a certain day, in the evening an email to inform you that they did not have time to deliver; you go to the site to select a new day, same thing but this time the package was dropped off at a relay point without even specifying where they left it: it's up to you to figure out where the parcel relay is. This is a clear non-respect of the contract proposed, however, they collect the funds without any problem! So if you are in the countryside, expect to have 'delivery issues' from DPD

I had already ordered a sliding system for an exterior door on this site that works perfectly, however I am a bit disappointed with the system ordered this time, difficult to adjust and the sliding is stiff.
