quick order processing, as well as reception (near Paris). good quality product, quick and simple assembly. all supplied materials are compliant. I have two concerns. Some time after my purchase, a 20% discount was offered on the site, this kind of thing annoys me so much!! and the second point is that it is clearly stated that the carrier will contact us to set a delivery date and that is false. the day before at 11 PM I received a message saying that delivery would be tomorrow morning (great, that gives me the night to organize) and the delivery took place at 7:30 AM. and the delivery person was not friendly. otherwise, the product itself is perfect

Nothing to complain about the site, but regarding the carrier, it's not great.

This system is the perfect solution to add a custom bypass sliding door system to an existing cabinet. It comes with everything you needed, except for a second door stop which is necessary for the two doors. The tracks are easy to cut and install and the guides fit perfectly. Quality is not great, but it looks like it will last.

As long as you know what you want, the site is perfectly organized... The emphasis could be placed on the specifics of each product through well-defined demonstrations corresponding to the weight of each door and the type of sliding system used, for example.

Hello, I am very unhappy with the delivery. I received two notices of passage two mornings in a row between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM, saw no one, and now it's the third day without notice. However, nothing to say about the package, well packed, and the product meets my expectations.

It's a shame that the customer service person does not have customer satisfaction in mind. Besides the choice of a carrier that took 4 days to deliver after the date they announced for their passage! 4 pieces were missing in the package that the company informed at 2 PM only shipped the next morning, not even bothering to correct their mistake by making a specific gesture to ensure the package arrived faster to its destination.

I gave this rating because 3 pieces were missing from the package. For now, I am still waiting for them.

Product arrived quickly, properly packaged. However, no information sent regarding package tracking. Fortunately, my neighbor was there to receive the package.

Easy to navigate site.
Orders are shipped quickly.
Only downside is returns, a headache with no email response, difficult to reach the right person on the phone (absent, busy or other)...

Nothing to complain about from the order to the departure of the product. The delivery by your provider DPD is a disaster 4 times warned of a delivery and 4 times delivery postponed by the carrier

It is very unfortunate to have to remove adhesive tape (white) marks in several places on the rail. This does not detract from the quality of the product, but still. One last small thing, I find the attached instructions too brief, specifically regarding the positioning and functioning of the two stops; which one is the closure? After long reflection, one eventually understands, but I doubt this is the case for everyone, this is just my humble opinion. The shipping packaging was very correct.

Aluminum guides a bit light would be better, no decorative cover if fixed to the ceiling, visible wheels.

Wrong width of door frame ordered 18 mm received 16! The planer overheated

I should have only paid €100.64 instead of €140.18 if I had been informed that by ordering 48 hours later I could benefit from a 25% discount.

excellent customer service but beware of product quality

Everything is fine except that some parts were missing from one of the kits

The site is a bit oblivious, assuming that everyone is familiar with the offered products. I was looking for a solution and had to search for quite a while until I was sure I had found the right one.

Quality not up to expectations

Very good

The quality of the material is a bit disappointing. The varnish on one of my three products shows a drop (probably too loaded during application)
For the rest, I am waiting to install them

Ordering, delivery and website - all great!
The system - had some problems. We watched the videos and read the instructions exhaustively. Found when we went to install that the spring pin at the top (closet doors) allowed only about 2mm of tolerance. And between that and the bottom pin tolerance it was a real bear to install - only to find that the other pin at the top required a 1/2 inch clearance. So it was literally mathematically impossible. Also the formula in the instructions didn’t work either. We had to add a wooden cross piece additionally on our ceiling due to overly short cutting of ours doors due to this formula. Frustrating!!! A solid and good system but some tolerance and math issues for sure. The video seems to show a lot more tolerances for installation. Felt a little led down the garden path. Got it done but spent 4x longer than should have. Many fixes and adjustments required to get there.

Top products, but with GLS the delivery took a full 8 working days. Better to order via Amazon, it arrives in 3 days.

It took a bit to find the product I was looking for. There wasn't exactly what I wanted but I purchased something close. The shipping cost was way too high for such a light object. Also the box was damaged, though not the product, luckily.
