customer service by phone very good. Fast delivery. But... technical documentation imprecise and hard to find: there should be a separate library of documents.
The shock absorber product does not mount without forcing, hence my request for a refund.

Order received in a short time, perfect packaging ...
However, one rail arrived 'dented'. After sending emails and photos, no response. Too bad.

Although not yet assembled, the system seems satisfactory and can only work as it is technically very simple.
Two remarks however: 2 goals were provided knowing that there are 2 doors (double rail). Shouldn't there be 4 goals in total?
The lower guiding system (plastic brackets) seems very fragile to me.
I would like to be called back regarding the goals.

Good product with easy assembly.
Too bad the carrier DPD did not live up to your product. (Appointment not kept 3 times. Last delivery outside of schedule!! Messy truck and damaged package without any damage... fortunately!)

The team answers technical questions and requests by phone.
Unfortunately, I was informed too late about the shipment at 6:30 PM by the carrier via SMS for a delivery received the next day at 8:30 AM. Impossible to contact the services at these hours. The carrier had already left... Received an email the next day at 10:30 AM from volet-habitat.fr with tracking information while I had received the delivery 2 hours earlier...
So the tracking and communication for deliveries need to be greatly improved!

You could have received 5 stars if I hadn't had to modify the apron attachments you sent me that were not identical to the ones they were supposed to replace. There is nothing to say about the rest: packaging, shipping time, it was very good.
