I ordered 2 boxes of resistors and received 2 resistors. I sent an email to report it, no answer, I phoned customer service, they were supposed to get back to me within the day but no phone contact. Sir, as we announced in our e-mail, the delivery was made more quickly than expected and we did not have time to warn you before your delivery of the missing item. Out of professional conscience, the item ordered was leaking, which is why we decided not to send it. We are not the manufacturer of this liquid and it can happen that liquids leak and our responsibility is to check beforehand.
