Prices are higher than elsewhere, but they have items that are almost impossible to find on other sites. Shipping was not too fast, but delivery times are acceptable. Very nice and useful gift added to the package.

We do take into account your opinion regarding delivery times, but there is one parameter that we cannot control: the carrier. La Poste does not guarantee deliveries in less than 48 hours, so delivery times can fluctuate, and events such as the yellow vest movement or bad weather can delay delivery. Best regards.

The site is good, the after-sales service much less so,a battery at 9 euros faulty but impossible to change, you have to go to the post office (difficult given my working hours), make the package, etc. ... while I am a loyal customer for several years and I have never sent anything back before.... Other sites like Philips, Amazon...are less fussy and more commercial, they only need a certificate saying that the faulty item has been destroyed. I won't be ordering any more electronics from smok it.

You alerted us to the fact that these liquids didn't have the same PG/VG ratio on the site as those you received, so we granted you a return at our expense, we couldn't do any better. For information, we had indicated 50/50 and you got them in 30/70 and not 20/80.
