Hello I sent an email to complain about the order but in return an email telling me that it was not possible On the two liquids one was opened and opened the answer made is that if it had been opened the liquid would have flowed and well no no drips but still there was well one opened there person to say checked 30 bottles and not one of them was open, bad luck for me, but I'm very disappointed for a first order, and even more disappointed by the response. I was planning to order this liquid regularly, which is a shame for me and for you, because it means fewer sales.

Hello, as we have already explained the vials are not open, however it is possible that some vials are not the same level, they are 60ml vials in total capacity but they are filled to 50ml to add a nicotine booster 10ml if you wish. In our stock there are vials filled to 51 or 52 ml or 49 but that's not our fault, if you take a sample of 40 bottles you're bound to find some in the batch that aren't all at the same level, the same applies to water bottles for example.

Following my order, 3 bottles I love pop corn received all 3 expired of 10 months and with the telephone a man not at all sympathetic, I can only put a bad note. It's a pity because before these problems I was happy with this site.

The product is what I expected, but the 2-3 day delivery is more like 5-6 days! And 24h in store is more like 2-3 days. Apart from that, the customer service is there, but without making any commercial gesture or just fulfilling the contract!

Hello, you placed an order on Saturday at 10am for a store delivery, the 24H deadline can not be met for the same day and even less for a provision on Sunday because the store is closed, then you ask for a delivery point withdrawal (without paying postage), request was made, the delay following this sending was longer than usual we admit it but we do not control the routing of packages.

Easy to use, great choice of products, one small downside is that delivery sometimes takes longer than a week, which is a shame. But I think it depends on the day of the order. Having said that, some sites also deliver within 48 hours, free of charge, with a minimum order.

Hello, the photo shows the product in a box of 3 and not 5, but we point out that they are sold individually, you can imagine that 5.90 for 5 or 3 resistors is not possible, it is not even our purchase price.
