Hello, thank you for your feedback, for this problem, have you checked that you have waited a minimum of 5 minutes for the new resistor to imbibe the e-liquid correctly. If you try to vapourize directly, the resistor will burn and you'll have to change it. Have a nice day,

Your parcel left our warehouse the day after you placed your order. According to the history, the parcel is still on its way. The delivery time we announce is not the same for international deliveries as it is for deliveries to France. For your country, it normally takes between 3 and 8 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Your order left our premises on 21/10, following a problem with the routing and sorting center, the carrier flashed it yesterday. Unfortunately, once the parcel has been delivered, we have no control over the routing.
